Andy Garlich brings over 18 years of nonprofit expertise as an Associate in the Nonprofit Division at Slingshot. Andy brings a wealth of experience in coaching, donor management, program development, and extensive staff hiring. Recognizing the intricate components of nonprofit success, he places value on systems, budgets, operations, and investing in talented individuals.

Andy encounters the presence of God most through relationships and sharing in the stories of one another. He thrives when given the opportunity to guide others towards clarity and perspective, discovering their unique contributions to vocation and communities.

Andy and his wife Alli live in Olathe, KS where he works in leadership at Youthfront. They have three sons and value being a foster family for children in need. Beyond his professional pursuits, Andy is a passionate Kansas City sports fan and Seinfeld enthusiast.
