About this Cohort

Unlock your full potential as an executive leader in your church with the 1-Year Slingshot Executive Leader Cohort.

The demands of executive leadership can be overwhelming. The job is incredibly broad, nebulous, and requires a diverse range of skills, tools, and support from like-minded leaders.

The 1-Year Slingshot Executive Leader Cohort will equip you with real-world tools and strategies to help you thrive in your job. Each month, you will walk away with tools and strategies you’ll use in your job every week. Plus, you’ll be part of a group of ten leaders, forming long-lasting relationships of support and encouragement.

Who this is for:

• Executive Church Leaders: executive pastors, directors, and members of executive teams.
• People being developed to step into the Executive Leader role.

What’s included in the 1-year cohort:

• Kickoff Gathering, May 15-16 in Denver, CO with 10 other executive leaders, led by Matt Wright.
• 1 year of monthly 90-minute Zoom calls with the cohort. Each Zoom will present a new, customizable tool to help you in your job.
• 1 year of monthly 1:1 coaching calls with Matt Wright.
• All resources: A workbook of all tools, printable templates, recordings of Zoom calls, and books we will be studying throughout the year.
