The demands of executive leadership can be overwhelming. The job is incredibly broad, nebulous, and requires a diverse range of skills, tools, and support from like-minded leaders.

The 1-Year Slingshot Executive Leader Cohort will equip you with real-world tools and strategies to help you thrive in your job. Each month, you will walk away with tools and strategies you’ll use in your job every week. Plus, you’ll be part of a group of ten leaders, forming long-lasting relationships of support and encouragement.

Who this is for:

• Executive Church Leaders: executive pastors, directors, and members of executive teams.
• People being developed to step into the Executive Leader role.

What’s included in the 1-year cohort:

• Kickoff Gathering, February 25-26 in Dallas, TX with 10 other executive leaders, led by Matt Wright, VP of Senior Leadership Staffing & Coaching. The kickoff will be held just before the annual XPastor seminar and will be hosted by Northwest Bible church, less than a block from where XPastor will be located. The kickoff is designed to not conflict with any of the XPastor schedule.
• 1 year of monthly 90-minute Zoom calls with the cohort. Each Zoom will present a new, customizable tool to help you in your job.
• 1 year of monthly 1:1 coaching calls.
• All resources: A workbook of all tools, printable templates, recordings of Zoom calls, and books we will be studying throughout the year.

Cost: $4,000 ($500 due at registration, $1,750 due by 2/14/24, $1,750 due on 7/15/24)
